CHARLOTTE & VICTOR
Owners and Managers of La Maison Navarre - The Couple Behind La Maison Navarre.
Originally from France, Charlotte & Victor share a deep love for French gastronomy, culture, and hospitality. Although they grew up in different parts of France, their backgrounds and experiences complement each other beautifully.
Charlotte grew up in Lyon, a city internationally celebrated for its gastronomy and culinary traditions. Victor grew up in Paris, surrounded by the culture, elegance, and vibrant lifestyle of the French capital.
With an MBA in Luxury Brand Marketing and International Management, Charlotte previously worked in a corporate sales position at La Maison du Chocolat, a luxury chocolate company in Paris. Meanwhile, Victor's experience is similar and complimentary, with a Master's Degree in International Business. In his latest position, he worked at a worldwide supplier of baking ingredients in The Netherlands.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
"Our dream has always been to share a little piece of France with everyone who walks through our doors. We want our guests to enjoy authentic French flavors, discover our traditions, and experience the French Art de Vivre in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. For us, La Maison Navarre is more than a pâtisserie or a wine bar. It is a reflection of who we are, where we come from, and our love for sharing the pleasures of French life."
